Chicken Salaad Recipes

  Ingredients
  • 1 portion of breast chicken
  • half a carrot
  • Cucumber 3cm
  • half pack of beansprouts
  • sesame seeds 1tbs
  • sesame oil 1tsp
  • Ponzu sauce 4tbs
  • Sugar 1tbs
  Preperation & Cooking
  1. Cut the carrot, cucumber, in to your preferred size.
  2. Mix the sesame, sesame oil, ponzu sauce and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Boil the beansprouts and carrot for 2 minutes, drain and leave to cool in water.
  4. Boil or steam the chicken, I usually use a microwave, until cooked throughout. Leave to cool and tear with your hands.
  5. Finally, mix the ingredients with the ponzu sauce, leave in the fridge for 30 minuites.
