| Ingredients |
- 1 portion of breast chicken
- half a carrot
- Cucumber 3cm
- half pack of beansprouts
- sesame seeds 1tbs
- sesame oil 1tsp
- Ponzu sauce 4tbs
- Sugar 1tbs

Preperation & Cooking |
- Cut the carrot, cucumber, in to your preferred size.
- Mix the sesame, sesame oil, ponzu sauce and sugar in a bowl.
- Boil the beansprouts and carrot for 2 minutes, drain and leave to cool in water.
- Boil or steam the chicken, I usually use a microwave, until cooked throughout. Leave to cool and tear with your hands.
- Finally, mix the ingredients with the ponzu sauce, leave in the fridge for 30 minuites.
